In a week when it emerges that our government have sunk to the level of condoning torture, just a little reminder of how we got to this state:
Meanwhile, , it just had to happen, now Muslims are objecting to being scanned at airports, using the soon to be installed body scanners. Interesting times ahead for the PC brigade and our leaders.
On a brighter note, the weather has improved and I am managing to get back into the cycling. Not sure I will be able to shed the last of the weight I gained, during the christmas festivities, before my annual check up at the Doctors, but at the last weigh in, I had it down to 4 pounds, so not too bad.
